Hey, I’m Eden

I’m a creative business woman, curl specialist, and all-around organizer of ideas, people, and projects. My journey with hair began long before cosmetology school—around age 14, when I started doing hair for my mom, my aunts, cousins, and eventually my friends. I learned texture through real hands-on repetition, not just theory. I paid attention to what curls did in real life, not just what products claimed they would do.

Growing up, I was always experimenting—especially with curls. I tried everything I could get my hands on, hoping to figure out why nothing seemed to work the way it promised. If you’ve ever felt frustrated or lost with your curls, I genuinely understand—because I lived through that trial-and-error phase myself.

I went on to test out cosmetology in high school and loved it, but ultimately went on to community college for Psychology. Although my college career path and personal goals did not align, as a back up plan I revisited the beauty industry 5 years later and I became a licensed cosmetologist in 2019. But even then, I realized how limited the industry’s education was when it came to natural hair. So I continued my learning on my own terms, investing in advanced curl-focused and color education with Rëzo, Cut It Kinky, Bee Blondor, and more. My focus has always been on technique, shape, and integrity—honoring every curl type and texture.

Now, my mission is simple: to help you love your curls and feel confident caring for them. Every curl wants to thrive—you just need the right shape, the right products, and a routine that actually fits your lifestyle.
